HealthQuest Capital is a U.S. healthcare-sector venture capital and growth-equity firm headquartered in Belmont, California (San Francisco Bay Area) and with additional offices, specialising in investments in commercial-stage healthcare companies across medical devices, healthcare services, diagnostics, life-sciences tools, digital health, and specialty-pharmaceutical segments. The firm was founded by Managing Partner Dr. Garheng Kong (an experienced healthcare investor and former partner at Sofinnova Ventures, Intersouth Partners, and other healthcare VCs) and additional partners, investing at commercial-stage (rather than pre-commercial / early-stage biotech) with typical initial-check sizes in the USD 10 to 50 million range.
