CoVenture is a U.S. multi-strategy investment firm headquartered in New York City, New York, founded in 2015 by CEO and Managing Partner Ali Hamed alongside partners Brian Walsh and others, investing across three integrated strategies: (1) early-stage venture capital (''CoVenture Venture'') investing in early-stage technology companies; (2) special situations and private credit (''CoVenture Credit'') investing in non-bank lending, alternative credit, and asset-backed lending strategies; and (3) emerging-asset classes and crypto / digital-asset strategies (''CoVenture Digital / CoVenture Crypto''). The firm is distinctive in blending traditional VC with private-credit and alternative-asset structures, typically pursuing structured debt / equity / hybrid investment opportunities that cross traditional asset-class boundaries.
