Rally Ventures is a U.S. early-stage enterprise-technology venture capital firm with principal offices in Menlo Park, California (Silicon Valley) and Minneapolis, Minnesota, investing exclusively in business-to-business (B2B) technology companies at seed and Series A stages. The firm was founded in 2012 by Managing Partner Jeff Hinck (former Goldman Sachs investment banker; former partner at Crosslink Capital) alongside partners including Charles Beeler and Art Coviello (former Executive Chairman of RSA Security, the prominent cyber-security firm). Rally invests across cloud and enterprise software / SaaS, cyber-security, business analytics and AI / ML enterprise-applications, industrial technology, DevOps and infrastructure software, and adjacent B2B technology themes, typically writing initial check sizes in the USD 2 to 6 million range as a lead or co-lead investor. The firm has raised multiple institutional funds with aggregate AUM in the USD mid-hundreds of millions range, and leverages its partners' operator / board-member networks in enterprise-technology for portfolio-company commercial-traction support.
