Foundry Group

Foundry Group (now operating as Foundry) is a venture capital firm founded in 2007 and headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, by Brad Feld, Seth Levine, Ryan McIntyre, and Jason Mendelson, focused on early-stage investments in information technology, internet, and software companies throughout the United States and Canada. The firm manages over $3 billion for its limited partners across multiple funds, has made more than 320 investments with over 70 exits, and operates one of the largest networks of entrepreneurs and early-stage investors in the country. In addition to direct company investments, Foundry invests in over 40 partner venture funds, creating a symbiotic network spanning over 75 portfolio companies and fund managers that shares intelligence, deal flow, and operational expertise. Notable portfolio investments include early stakes in Harmonix, Zynga, MakerBot, and Fitbit. Brad Feld, one of the firm's co-founders, is also a co-founder of Techstars and the author of several widely read books on venture capital and entrepreneurship.
