The firm invests across marketplaces and ecommerce, vertical SaaS, SMB SaaS, information services, edtech, fintech, sports tech, developer tools, marketing technology, health IT, and travel tech, and has made over 157 investments with over 50 exits including notable portfolio companies SeatGeek, Ibotta, Lively HSA, Quiq, and 7shifts. Co-founded by Thomas Lehrman, formerly co-CEO of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), Evan Kaye, and Stephen Schmalhofer, the firm emphasizes developing long-term relationships with trustworthy entrepreneurs and strives to connect portfolio founders with its network of successful entrepreneurs, executives, and investors.
