Shaun McGruder

Formed 2001, Palm Beach Capital is a private equity investment firm which specializes in making investments in 'small market' private companies (e.g. with a market value of $5 million to $100 million), with no particular industry or geographic focus. Since inception, PBC has made investments in 36 companies and has approximately $325 million in total assets under management. In the first three months of 2003, PBC raised a $60 million private equity fund to further capture opportunities in the marketplace. The firm looks for companies with the following criteria: Enterprise value from $10-$100 million, Minimum EBITDA of $3 million, and Equity investments from $3-$20 million (control & minority investments).
