Eversource Pension Plan

Eversource Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Hartford, Connecticut. Established in 1938, the plan provides death, disability, and retirement benefits to the eligible employees of Eversource Energy and participating companies. The Eversource Plan Administration Committee is responsible for Plan administrative matters and the Eversource Investment Management Committee is the named fiduciary and funding fiduciary responsible for Plan funding and investment matters. Bank of New York Mellon is the Trustee of the plan and is responsible for the management and control of the plan's assets.
