Chemtura Corporation Retirement Plan is a single-employer, noncontributory and defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Shelton, Connecticut. Established in 1942, the plan provides retirement and pension benefits to the eligible members of Chemtura. SEI Private Trust Company is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the pension plan are managed by the executive management team.
