El Paso County Retirement Plan is a public pension fund based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Established in 1967, the plan is a cost-sharing multiple-employer defined benefit plan covering all permanent, full-time and job-share employees of the five participating employers which include El Paso County, El Paso County Department of Health & Environment, Office of the 4th Judicial District Attorney, Pikes Peak Library District and the El Paso County Retirement Plan, upon their date of employment. The assets are managed by the Retirement Board Members.
