Denison Industries Pension Plan

Denison Industries Pension Plan is a single-employer and defined-benefit corporate pension based in Denison, Texas. Established in 2009, the plan provides pension, disability and death benefits to its employees of Denison Industries. The plan was created as a result of a spin-off from the Metal Companies Multi-Employer Pension Plan (the Metal Co. Plan). Comerica Bank is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the pension plan are managed by the executive management team.
