Crozer-Keystone Health System Employees' Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Chester, Pennsylvania. Established in 1969, the plan provides pensions to eligible full-time and part-time employees of Crozer-Keystone Health System upon the attainment of 65 years of age. With the acquisition of Crozer-Keystone Health System by Prospect Medical Holdings during 2016, a change in plan sponsorship to Prospect Crozer occurred during 2016. The assets of the pension plan are managed by the plan administrator. Wells Fargo Bank serves as the trustee of the plan.
