Syngenta Corporation Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit noncontributory corporate pension fund based in Wilmington, Delaware. Established in 2000, the plan provides retirement, death and disability benefits to plan members. The plan covers eligible employees of Syngenta Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Syngenta AG, a Swiss-based company. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the Employee Benefits Committee. State Street Bank & Trust Company and The Bank of New York Mellon serves as the Trustee of the plan.
