Alatus Capital is a money management firm based in Geneva, Switzerland. Established in 2007, the firm is a limited liability company under Swiss Law and is authorized by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Regulator, to act as an asset manager of collective investment schemes. In addition, the firm focuses on long-term capital preservation and appreciation via investments in publicly traded equities. The firm uses a proprietary FCF-based framework to invest primarily in Europe-headquartered companies that often are leaders in global niches and have substantial global exposure (Emerging Markets and North America) while benefiting from quality corporate governance. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors.
