Norges Bank

Norges Bank (Norwegian Central Bank) is a banking institution based in Oslo, Norway. Established in 1816, the bank seeks to safeguard the long-term financial interests of Norway's future generations through active management and active ownership. It manages the Government Pension Fund Global and Norges exchange reserves. Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) is the asset management unit of the Norges Bank. The assets are managed by the board members.
