Xueliang Huang

Xueliang Huang is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at Shenzhen State Micro Technology. Huang has 21 years of industry experience and 20 years of management experience. Huang founded Shenzhen State Micro Electronics Co. Ltd. in 1993 and served as the president and chief executive officer from January 1993 to December 2004. He serves as the executive director of the China Semiconductor Industry Association and the deputy chairman of its IC design committee. Huang received his bachelor's degree from Xidian University in China in 1984, and his master's of engineering from Southeast University in Nanjing, China in 1989.
