Yachao Liu

Dr. Yachao Liu serves as Chief Operating Officer at Tal Education Group. In this capacity, he is in charge of our teaching and research division, teachers's training school, information management center and network operation center. From January 2008 to April 2011, Dr. Liu was our vice president and was in charge of our online course offerings. Prior to this, Dr. Liu was director of our middle school division between September 2005 and January 2008. Dr. Liu received his bachelor's degree in Mechanics from Peking University in 2003 and Ph.D. from the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Science in 2008. [Source: Public Company Filing]
