VF Corporation Pension Plan

VF Corporation Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit noncontributory corporate pension fund based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Established in 1957, the plan covers all domestic employees of VF Corporation and certain of its domestic subsidiaries who were employed prior to January 1, 2005, and meet certain age and service requirements. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the VF Corporation Retirement Plans Committee.
