UNICare Retirement Plan

UNICare Retirement Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Established in 1945, the plan covers all salaried full-time and part-time employees of Unilever United States and certain other subsidiaries and affiliates of the company, a British-Dutch multinational consumer goods company. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the benefits administration committee and pension investment committee. The Northern Trust Company is the trustee of the plan.
