The Glenmede Corporation Retirement Plan

The Glenmede Corporation Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1965, the plan provides retirement and pension benefits to the eligible employees of The Glenmede Corporation, its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Glenmede Trust Company, and Glenmede Investment Management. The audit committee determines the appropriateness of the plan's investment offerings, monitors investment performance and reports to the plan's board of directors. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by the board of directors.
