U.S. Bank Pension Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Established in 1944, the plan is administered by U.S Bank and it enables its eligible employees to earn a monthly retirement income based on their pay and years of service. The plan was formed by combining the Firstar Employees' Pension Plan and the U.S. Bancorp Cash Balance Pension Plan. The assets of the pension fund are managed and governed by the benefits administration committee.
