Port Houston

Port of Houston Authority of Harris County (PHA) is a public pension fund based in Houston, Texas. Established in 2014, PHA provides defined benefit retirement and pension benefits to the eligible members of the fund. The executive director and staff as well as the board members are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fund.
