The Barra Foundation

The Barra Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Established in 1963, the foundation seeks to support and encourage innovation. It supports organizations and projects that enable the foundation to achieve greater social impact in the Philadelphia five-county region through strategic grant-making in the areas of arts and culture, human services, health and education. The assets of the foundation are managed by the Board Members.The Barra Foundation's investment portfolio is valued at $87.62 million, with investments in private equity & real estate.
