Greater Manchester Investment Fund is a fund managed by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority which is designed to encourage business growth and job creation. The firm provides loans to companies which otherwise have difficulty to access traditional forms of finance via the private sector. The loans will have a term of up to five years with commercial interest rates which reflect the risk profile of the business.
