Shanda Group

Shanda Group is a private investment group headquartered in Singapore with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Canada, Japan and the US. The firm has three business units - Public Market Investments, Private Equity Investments and Real Estate Investments. The group's Private Equity Investments arm is responsible for the Group's private equity, venture capital and credit investments. The Public Market Investments is the trading arm of Shanda which manages an active portfolio that is invested in multi-assets investments and the real estate business of Shanda Group invests in valuable properties and in the various aspects of development, construction and operation.
