Property Innovation Labs (PI Labs.uk) is a London, United Kingdom-based property-technology (PropTech) venture capital firm and accelerator founded in 2015 by CEO and Founder Faisal Butt, dedicated exclusively to early-stage investments in PropTech, construction-technology (ConTech), climate-tech-for-real-estate, and urban-technology start-ups. The firm is positioned as Europe's first PropTech-dedicated VC and operates both as a principal-capital early-stage investor and as the host of ''REACH UK,'' a sector-focused accelerator program of approximately 13 weeks for early-stage PropTech founders, providing seed capital, mentorship, pilot-customer introductions with the UK real-estate industry, and follow-on fundraising support. PI Labs has raised multiple institutional funds with aggregate AUM in the USD low-hundreds of millions, typically investing in pre-seed and seed-stage companies across proptech sub-sectors including smart buildings, real-estate marketplaces, workplace technology, construction-automation, sustainability / ESG for built-environment, and real-estate fintech, with portfolio companies across the UK, Europe, and selectively North America.
