Portland General Electric Company Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1945, the plan provides pension benefits to the eligible employees of Portland General Electric. The company's Board of Directors has established the Benefits Administration Committee (BAC) and Investment Committee for the plan and assigned them fiduciary responsibility for the plan.
