FMC Corporation Savings and Investment Plan

FMC Corporation Savings and Investment Plan is a single-employer corporate pension based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1961, the plan is a qualified defined contribution plan which covers substantially all employees of FMC other than employee who generally reside or work outside of the United States. The Company established a trust (the Trust) at Fidelity Management Trust Company (the Trustee) for investment purposes as part of the plan. The record keeper of the Plan, Fidelity Investments Institutional Operations Company, is an affiliate of the trustee. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by the board of directors.
