Palm Tran - Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1577 Pension Plan

Palm Tran - ATU Local 1577 Pension Plan is a single-employer contributory defined benefit union pension fund based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The pension plan was formed by an agreement between Florida Transit Management and Local Union 1577 of the Amalgamated Transit Union, AFL-CIO, CLC. The plan provides retirement, death and disability benefits to its participants of Palm Tran. The plan is administered by a board of trustees comprised of four members appointed by Palm Tran and the Union, who have the authority to establish and amend benefits. The Pension Resource Center administers the plan.
