PacifiCorp Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined-benefit corporate pension based in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1948, the plan provides retirement and death benefits to the non-union employees of PacifiCorp, as well as certain union employees of PacifiCorp whose collective bargaining agreements provide for participation in the plan. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team. State Street Bank and Trust Company is the trustee.
