Burlington Northern Santa Fe Retirement Plan

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Retirement Plan is a single employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension based in Fort Worth, Texas. Established in 1996, the fund provides pension and retirement benefits to all the officers and salaried employees of Burlington Northern Santa Fe and its participating subsidiaries. The plan is administered by BNSF's Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. The plan is the sole participant in a trust, which is governed by a trust agreement with The Northern Trust Company.
