OrthoVirginia 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan

OrthoVirginia 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan is a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension based in North Chesterfield, Virginia. Established in 2003, s a defined contribution plan covering all eligible employees of OrthoVirginia. Prior to September 1, 2015, employees became eligible to participate after completing one year of service and after attaining the age of 21. Effective September 1, 2015, newly hired employees are automatically enrolled at 3% with no waiting period. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by the board of trustees. Fidelity Management Trust Company acts as the trustee of the plan.
