Occidental Petroleum Retirement Plan

Occidental Petroleum Corporation Retirement Plan is a corporate pension based in Los Angeles, California. The Plan is a defined-contribution plan generally available to certain employees of Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OPC, Oxy, or the Employer), a Delaware corporation, and participating subsidiaries. The Plan is administered by the OPC Pension and Retirement Trust and Investment Committee as to investment decisions and by the OPC Pension and Retirement Plan Administrative Committee as to all matters except investment decisions.
