The Gladstone Companies are a family of public and private investment funds. The firm's funds invest in small and medium-sized companies and provide businesses the capital to fund growth, acquisitions, and recapitalization. Gladstone provides financing across the capital structure from second lien debt, mezzanine debt, secured and unsecured subordinated loans, equity and real estate sale-leasebacks. As a provider of both traditional debt financing and one-stop capital, they work with private equity sponsors, management teams and owner or operators to customize financing solutions. Financing for the Gladstone Companies is provided by four public investment vehicles, Gladstone Capital Corporation, Gladstone Investment Corporation, Gladstone Commercial Corporation, and Gladstone Land Corporation.
