Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings is a securities holding company wholly owned by the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. In addition to Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities and Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley PB Securities, MUSHD has subsidiaries and other affiliates that undertake securities and investment banking operations overseas. MUSHD assumes responsibility for the MUFG Group's securities and investment banking strategy as a whole by engaging in operation management and business support for these affiliated subsidiaries.
