Prequate acts and manages as a Strategic Finance & Management Assist group, a CXO bridge, on matters ranging from business strategy to post transaction integration. Prequate was formed by professionals from consulting backgrounds on the promise of helping mid-sized businesses to achieve breakthroughs that the large consulting outfits were able to deliver for large corporates.
