Leeds Novamark Capital is a Northern Virginia based investment firm with over $235 million of capital under management that provides flexible financing alternatives to lower middle market companies. The firm will invest up to $25 million in the form of management and leveraged buyouts, debt refinancings, strategic acquisition financings, growth capital investments, and minority and dividend recapitalizations. Leeds Novamark targets companies with at least $10 million in annual revenue and $2 million in annual cash flow.
