The firm invests mezzanine debt and equity in companies to support organic growth, acquisitions, buyouts, and internal transfer of ownership. Merion Investment Partners provides debt financing such as junior debt, loans, mezzanine, and senior debt for the purpose of acquisition financing leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and expansion to small and medium-sized companies.
