Gruupe SNI is a limited partner based in Paris, France. Established in 1961, the firm is a real estate subsidiary of the general interest of the Caisse des Depots, the first landlord in France with 345,000 managed housing a majority of social housing. The firm is a global real estate operator and offers responses to the housing needs of the state, communities and major public institutions. The SOGIMA name changes and the Socit Nationale Immobiliere (SNI) was born in 1976. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors.
