Ground Up Investing is an impact-first venture capital firm and impact venture arm of Corus International backing early-stage businesses in rural economies. It focuses on smallholder farming communities, agrifood systems, coffee and cocoa value chains, AgTech, Climate Tech, and sustainability, with additional seed-stage activity in U.S. B2B enterprise software. The firm invests across the United States, Africa, and Latin America, often as a first outside investor, typically committing $200,000 to $500,000 through equity, quasi-equity, or debt.
