Gather Ventures is a Nairobi-based venture capital firm and Clara Lionel Foundation subsidiary backing climate-resilient, women- and African-led ventures across Africa. It uses an instrument-agnostic approach combining market-return capital, grants and technical assistance, with focus areas including agriculture, construction, education, climate and impact, alongside observed food and consumer investments in the United States. The firm invests at seed and early stages and has acted as a lead investor.
