FinServe Tech Angels

FinServe Tech Angels is a group of financial services executives and entrepreneurs who invest in early stage financial services technology companies. FinServe Tech Angels is based in St. Louis where several of the nation's largest financial services firms are located including Edward Jones, Scottrade, Stifel Nicolaus, MasterCard, and Wells Fargo Advisors. The organization seeks out the top financial services related start-up companies from across the country, and brings them to St. Louis to present before its members. Individual members make their own investment decisions regarding each company that presents before the group. The organization assists members with due diligence and deal syndication. FinServe Tech Angels has four meetings a year scheduled in February, May, August, and October. The group targets seed and early stage companies using technology to provide better services and processes in the financial services industry. FinServe considers both back office applications and software, as well as consumer focused products and services, and makes investments between $250,000 to $1,500,000.
