Energy Ventures is an independent venture capital firm actively seeking early to mid-stage growth investments in companies that deliver a marketable, proprietary product or service with potential in the upstream sector. Since inception in 2002, the firm has seen more than 3,500 deals, made thirty-six investments and successfully exited thirteen companies. Energy Ventures currently manages four funds with a total committed capital of $750 million. Energy Ventures' portfolio consists of technology companies whose products and services present the oil and gas industry with innovative and promising solutions. Investments range from $5-30 million per company, with a typical holding of 10 to 40 percent of equity.
