EBDI is East Baltimore Development, Inc., a Baltimore-based institutional community development organization focused on revitalizing East Baltimore through mixed-income housing, commercial space, infrastructure, and economic inclusion. Its core mandate centers on real estate, construction, community impact, and opportunities for minority-, women-, and locally owned businesses. It also has U.S. later-stage venture investment activity in consumer electronics and hardware, making it most relevant for founders where community development, impact, real estate, infrastructure, or selective later-stage co-investment alignment is a fit.
