DOEN Participaties is the Amsterdam-based investment company of the DOEN Foundation, providing capital to sustainable and socially inclusive startups from pre-seed and early-stage through selected later-stage venture rounds. It invests through convertible loans, equity and guarantees, with initial investments of €50,000 to €500,000 and follow-on funding available. The firm focuses on impact, sustainability, climate and cleantech themes including sustainable consumer products, alternative materials, circular business models, sustainable food systems and the blue economy, and invests in the Netherlands, across Europe and internationally.
