Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Retirement Plan (DFW International Airport Retirement Plan) is a public pension fund based in Dallas, Texas. Established in 1978, the plan oversees two pension funds- General Employees of Dallas or Fort Worth International Airport Retirement Plan and Department of Public Safety Retirement Plan. The pension plan provides retirement and death benefits to the eligible employees of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the board of directors which comprises twelve members, eleven of whom are appointed by the city councils of the airport's owner cities, seven represent the city of Dallas and four represent the city of Fort Worth. The management of the assets of the retirement plans is the responsibility of the DFW Board's Retirement, Investment Committee, the Executive Vice President, and the Vice President of Treasury Management.
