Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation is an independent non-profit Foundation is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Established in 1987, the foundation supports and creates initiatives for the purpose of igniting the passion in young people to create positive change for themselves, the Jewish community and the broader world. It works in partnership and on the ground to strengthen the Jewish people, the State of Israel, public education in the United States and the quality of life in its hometown of Tulsa. The firm pursues its mission by providing young people with quality education, identity development, leadership training and service opportunities which fosters their growth as individuals and as leaders in their communities. The assets of the foundation are managed and administered under the leadership of the board of trustees.
