Augustinus Fonden

Augustinus Fonden is an independent non-profit private foundation based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Established in 1942 by tobacco manufacturer Louis Augustinus, the foundation works for charitable, humane, artistic, scientific, and related purposes. The fund's parent foundation in a large corporate group which includes Chr. Augustinus Fabrikkers Companies, a number of subsidiaries and affiliates. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of directors.Augustinus Fonden's investment portfolio is valued at DKK25.4 billion, with investments in private equity.
