Aravaipa Venture Fund

Founded in 2008, Aravaipa is the only Efficiency-Tech Fund that focuses exclusively on low-capital-intensive early-stage ventures in Colorado. Aravaipa has invested $11 million in eight portfolio companies, including RavenBrick. Beyond being focused on Efficiency-Tech and Local, Aravaipa is also uniquely in offering investor an Eyes-wide-open approach to investing into an existing portfolio with managers that are fully aligned with their investors-- invested in the fund, no management fee with only a profit carry. Aravaipa's main focus is on transportation efficiency, building efficiency, water efficiency and location efficiency. Aravaipa invests in early-stage companies who are already generating revenues or expect to do so within 18 months. Aravaipa does not seek only disruptive homeruns, but rather companies that have a strong likelihood of becoming very profitable $20-to-$50M sales companies.
