Circular Innovation Fund is a global growth-stage venture capital fund cofounded in 2022 as a joint initiative between Montreal-based Cycle Capital and Paris-based Demeter, focusing exclusively on financing companies across North America, Europe and Asia that develop technologies and business models enabling circular economy solutions such as new materials, recycling, circular packaging, waste innovation, logistics and eco-efficient processes. The firm targets growth-stage investments and collaborates with strategic partners and limited partners, including L’Oréal and Export Development Canada, to support portfolio companies and acceleration programs. Its investment activities aim to address resource use inefficiencies and environmental impact through capital deployment and ecosystem support for circular innovation. The fund operates with teams in Montreal and Paris and makes direct investments generally in the mid-growth venture stage. Its portfolio includes companies advancing circular economy technologies and supply-chain innovations.
