ABC-NABET Retirement Trust Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in New York, NY. Established in 1963, the plan is established under the provisions of an agreement and declaration of trust between the National Association of Broadcast Employees and Technicians- CWA, AFL-CIO CLC (the Union) and ABC having a collective bargaining agreement with the union. The board of trustees is responsible for the oversight of the plan, including determining the appropriateness of the plan's investments in coordination with its investment advisers. The plan is administered by a board of trustees consisting of three union representatives and three employer representatives. The assets of the retirement trust portion of the plan are held by Northern Trust Company in a custody account and are managed by investment managers appointed by the board and the assets of the supplemental retirement portion of the plan are held by Putnam Fiduciary Trust Company in a custody account.
